Flexible casting and baking bars
The adjustable, food-grade silicone beams are ideal for molding caramel, fudge or meringues. Each set includes 4 beams measuring either 15 cm or 30 cm long. The baking bars are pliable, easy to use, and the sizes can be combined. The 2 cm high casting beams give an even and smooth surface for your baked goods to harden on. The baking beams works just as well for sticky cakes and marzipan as it does for a cake base For slightly rounder shapes, we recommend praline-shaped hemispheres.
