Yvonne på @bakalite.se har satt ihop ett utomordentligt smarrigt recept åt dig.
Recept på morotskaka i form av muffins
Saftig och lättbakad morotskaka i form av muffins. Morotsmuffins. Det måste ju vara vara nyttingt.
Välj själv, fika med eller utan frosting.
Receptet räcker till 12 stycken normalstora muffins.
Ingredienser
Muffins
- 3 dl morötter, ca 150 g
- 2 st ägg
- 2 dl socker
- 1 dl rapsolja
- 2½ dl vetemjöl
- 1½ tsk bakpulver
- 2 tsk kanel
- 1 tsk kardemumma
- 1 nypa salt
Frosting
- 200 g färskost
- 2 dl florsocker
- ½ tsk vaniljpulver eller 2 tsk vaniljsocker
Gör så här:
Morotsmuffins
Frosting
- Vispa snabbt samman färskost, florsocker och vanilj. Vispa så lite som det behövs för att få en slät frosting, om du vispar för länge kan den bli för lös. Ställ den då i kylen ett tag för att stelna.
- Spritsa eller bred frosting ovanpå muffinsen.
